I am Fabio Santos, a professional Capoeira coach, competent personal trainer, and a qualified stunt performer with over 26 years of experience. I specialize in Capoeira, parkour, and free-running and have performed and worked on projects worldwide, collaborating with the best stunt industry talent.

However, Capoeira has always been one of the most important things in my life. Since I first discovered Capoeira at the age of 14 in the suburbs of Goiânia, Brazil, it taught me the freedom of expression, strength, and focus. Capoeira brought art into my life, a way of living defined by movement and music.

Capoeira has helped me recover from a severe injury at some point in my life. During my recovery phase, I have created a new way of teaching Capoeira by breaking down complex movements and making them easy to follow even for people with no previous Capoeira experience.

Now, after 22 years of making Capoeira part of my daily life and having trained a wide range of people, I want to share my unique strategy of teaching Capoeira and prove that Capoeira is for everyone, regardless of your background or lifestyle.
